Enforcement of judgments--attorney general, duties--authority to enterinto reciprocal agreements with other jurisdictions.

513.637. 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, avalid judgment rendered by a court of a jurisdiction having a lawsubstantially similar to sections 513.600 to 513.645 will berecognized and enforced by the courts of this state to the extentthat a judgment rendered by a court of this state pursuant tosections 513.600 to 513.645 would be enforced in such otherjurisdiction.

2. The attorney general is hereby authorized to enter intoreciprocal agreements with the attorney general or chiefprosecuting attorney of any jurisdiction having a lawsubstantially similar to sections 513.600 to 513.645 so as tofurther the purposes of sections 513.600 to 513.645.
