Peace officers or reserve officer working with federal agency subjectto law.

513.649. Any property seized by state or local peace orreserve officers who are detached to, deputized or commissionedby or working in conjunction with the federal agency shall remainsubject to the provisions of this section and sections 513.647and 513.651.
