513.651. The moneys acquired by law enforcement agenciespursuant to this section and sections 513.647 and 513.649 shallbe used only by the law enforcement agency for the investigationor prosecution of criminal activity, the execution of courtorders arising from such activity, the enforcement ofdrug-related crimes, training, drug education, and the safety ofboth the citizens and law enforcement officers.
