514.310. Every fee bill and every writ of fieri faciasissuing out of any court of record in this state, shall havewritten or printed thereon a true statement of each and everyitem of all the taxable costs in the case, and over against eachitem so stated there shall be set the amount of money taxedthereunder; and when the same shall come to the hands of anyofficer authorized by law to enforce the collection thereof, heshall also itemize all the costs to be added thereto by him forhis own services.
