514.335. In any court case or proceeding in which a guardian ad litemis appointed by the court to safeguard the interests of a minor and inwhich the minor is not a party, the court may enter judgment in favor ofthe guardian ad litem allowing reasonable compensation for such guardian adlitem's services.
