516.103. The time for commencement of any suit provided forin sections 516.380, 516.390 and 516.400, shall not be tolled bythe filing or pendency of any administrative complaint or actionand no such suit may be brought or maintained unless commencedwithin the time prescribed by said sections. An administrativeorder authorizing the commencement of any such suit shall not beconsidered as evidence of the violations alleged in any suchsuit.
