Dismissal of case or judgment by default or consent, how entered.

517.111. 1. When a case is dismissed, or judgment is bydefault or consent, such judgment shall be entered forthwith bythe judge.

2. When a case is tried before a judge without a jury,judgment shall be entered by the judge within thirty days afterthe case is submitted for final decision unless the partiesconsent to a longer period of time.
