Form of affidavit, by whom made.

521.060. The affidavit shall be made by the plaintiff, orsome person for him, and shall state that the plaintiff has ajust demand against the defendant, and that the amount which theaffiant believes the plaintiff ought to recover, after allowingall just credits and setoffs, is .... dollars, and that he hasgood reason to believe, and does believe, in the existence of oneor more of the causes which according to the provisions ofsection 521.010 would entitle the plaintiff to sue by attachment.
