New bond, when required--notice.

521.090. If, at any time pending a suit by attachment, itshall appear to the court before which the action is pending thatthe bond given by the plaintiff is insufficient, or that anysurety therein has died, or has removed from the state, or hasbecome or is likely to become insolvent, the court may orderanother bond and such further security to be given as shall seemnecessary--five days' previous notice, in writing, having beengiven to the plaintiff, his agent or attorney, of the applicationfor such order.
