Powers of the attorney under section 521.430.

521.440. The person appointed attorney, as directed, shall,as long as his appointment continues in force, be deemed, to allintents and purposes, the representative of the decedent, andshall have the same power to file pleadings, order process, ortake any other steps in the defense, as the decedent would havewere he living.
