521.650. All issues joined by or under such petitions shallbe tried as like issues joined in ordinary actions, and the costsshall be the same, and the same judgment shall be rendered forthem; and if the judgment be against the original plaintiff, heshall be adjudged also to pay all costs in the originalproceedings.
