521.800. If the security in such indemnification bond shallbe adjudged insufficient, such sheriff or other officer aforesaidand his securities shall be liable to all parties injured in thesame manner and to the same extent as if no such indemnificationbond had ever been given unless an additional indemnificationbond be given and approved by the court or judge thereof asherein provided.
