Effect of overruling objections.

521.820. If such objections shall be overruled by the court,such indemnification bond and the security therein shall bedeemed good and sufficient so far as the liability of suchsheriff or other officer aforesaid is concerned; but if suchsecurity shall be adjudged insufficient the court may, on motionof said claimant or sheriff or other officer aforesaid, order anadditional indemnification bond to be given and filed in the suitwithin a certain time fixed by the court, and if such additionalbond shall be given, and the security therein be approved of bysuch court, or the judge thereof, then such sheriff or otherofficer aforesaid shall be entitled to the protection of thislaw, the same as if he had taken good and sufficientindemnification bond.
