When defendant discharged from further liability.

522.100. If it appear that the amount of damages sorecovered, which a surety has been or will be obliged to pay, asspecified in section 522.090, is equal to the amount for whichsuch defendant shall be liable by virtue of the bond, he shall beacquitted and discharged from all further liability, and judgmentshall be rendered in his favor.
