What plaintiff must show to recover as against cotenant.

524.090. If the action is brought by a joint tenant, ortenant in common, against his cotenant, the plaintiff shall alsobe required to show on the trial that the defendant actuallyousted him, or did some act amounting to a total denial of hisright as such cotenant.
