Writ of possession and execution may issue, when.

524.260. When the judgment for the plaintiff is both for therecovery of the possession and of damages, the plaintiff may havea writ of possession, which shall command the officer to whomdirected to deliver to the plaintiff possession of the premises,and shall also command him to levy and collect the damages andcosts, as in executions on judgments in other civil actions.
