Courts may prescribe rules.

525.120. The court having jurisdiction may prescribe, byrule, the time and manner of excepting to and denying the answerof garnishees, of interpleading, exhibiting or filing papers, ortaking any needful step in garnishment cases where the same arenot prescribed by law.
