Plaintiff may exhibit interrogatories againstgarnishees--interrogatories, when filed.

525.130. The plaintiff may exhibit in the cause writteninterrogatories touching the property, effects and creditsattached in the hands of any garnishee, and require suchgarnishee to make full, direct and true answers to the same, uponoath; which interrogatories shall be filed at the return term ofthe writ, and within the first three days thereof, if the termshall so long continue, and if not, then before the end of theterm, and not afterward, unless for good cause shown the courtshall order otherwise.
