Supplemental relief.

527.080. Further relief based on a declaratory judgment ordecree may be granted whenever necessary or proper. Theapplication therefor shall be by petition to a court havingjurisdiction to grant the relief. If the application be deemedsufficient, the court shall, on reasonable notice, require anyadverse party whose rights have been adjudicated by thedeclaratory judgment or decree, to show cause why further reliefshould not be granted forthwith.
