Costs in suits to determine interest and quiet title.

527.170. If the defendant or defendants in suits broughtunder the provisions of sections 527.150 and 527.160 shall makedefault, or appearing, shall by answer admit the fact as statedin the petition and consent to judgment as prayed for, theplaintiff shall be adjudged to pay all costs of the suit.
