Special commissioner to execute and file bond with clerk.

528.570. Every special commissioner, appointed under theprovisions of this chapter before entering upon the discharge ofthe duties of his office, shall file with the clerk of the courtin which the suit for partition is pending his bond, payable tothe state, with such sureties as may be approved by the court, ina sum sufficient to indemnify the parties, conditioned that hewill faithfully discharge the duties of his said office, andaccount for and pay over, according to the order of the court, tothe parties entitled thereto, all such sums of money as may cometo his possession as such commissioner.
