Partition of personal property--proceedings in.

528.620. Any one or more of two or more joint owners of personalproperty may file a petition in the circuit court for a partition or a saleand partition of the proceeds thereof, in the same manner as suits may beinstituted for the partition and sale of real estate, and like proceedingshad thereunder, as near as may be, as provided in cases for the partitionof real estate.
