Motion for new trial--appeal.

530.080. Any final judgment in prohibition shall bereviewable by a motion for a new trial, and by appeal, as inother civil actions; but in the case of an appeal from thejudgment of any circuit court imposing a prohibition, the appealshall not operate to discontinue or in any wise affect the forceof the judgment as a stay of the proceedings in question, untilsuch appeal be determined.
