Papers relating to commitment returned with writ.

532.240. When the party for whose benefit a writ of habeascorpus shall have been issued shall stand committed for anycriminal or supposed criminal matter, it shall be the duty of theofficer or person upon whom the writ was served to bring with thewrit all and every examination and information in his hands,possession, custody or charge, relating to the commitment.
