Party remanded, not to be discharged on second writ.

532.420. It shall not be lawful for any court, on suchsecond writ of habeas corpus, to discharge the prisoner, if he isclearly and specifically charged in the order remanding him, oron the warrant of commitment, with a criminal offense, but theprisoner, on the return of such writ, shall be bailed or remandedto prison, according to the circumstances of the case.
