Plaintiff--new bond ordered by court, when--failure to comply withorder--procedure.

533.080. If the court should, at any time before trial, besatisfied that the bond of the plaintiff shall not be good andsufficient, an order shall be made that the plaintiff give a newbond, with good and sufficient sureties, within such time as thecourt in such order shall direct; and upon his failing to complywith such order, the court shall make a further order that thesheriff or other proper officer retake the property and deliverit to the defendant, and that the plaintiff deliver the same tothe officer therefor, and that the cause be dismissed at thecosts of the plaintiff and his sureties in the bond.
