Appeals to supreme court--supersedeas.

534.570. No appeal to the appellate or supreme court shalloperate as a stay of execution, nor shall any supersedeas beawarded to the party in possession, unless the condition of therecognizance contain the substance of the condition prescribed bythis chapter in cases of appeals by a defendant, and the penaltyand security be sufficient to secure the performance thereof.
