Writs of restitution, against whom executed.

534.590. The officer having charge of a writ of restitutionor rerestitution, or execution with a clause to that effect,shall have power to expel and remove from the premises mentionedand defendant therein named, his servants and others under hiscontrol, and all other persons who shall have entered thereonafter the commencement of the suit otherwise than by process oflaw, and to deliver to the plaintiff possession thereof.
