Refund of funds paid into court, when.

536.160. In the event a reviewing court reverses a decision of astate agency, remands the matter to the agency for further proceedings andorders the payment into court of any increase in funds authorized by saiddecision, and thereafter, on remand, the state agency reaches the sameresult, reaffirms or ratifies its prior decision, then the entity whichpaid such funds into court shall be entitled to a refund of such funds,including all interest accrued thereon. This provision is enacted in partto clarify and specify the law in existence prior to August 28, 2001.
