541.035. Offenses for failure or refusal to comply with anylaw requiring a report to be filed or made in or to the state ofMissouri, or any department or officer thereof, shall be held tobe committed in the county of the residence of the person failingor refusing to file or make such report, except where the personshall reside without the state of Missouri, in which event theunlawful act is deemed to have been committed in the countywherein the report is required by law to be filed.
