541.090. If any such wound or mortal injury shall beinflicted on any human being in this state, who shall die thereofin another state, an indictment may be found, and a trial andconviction thereon had, in the county in which the wound ormortal injury was given or inflicted, in all respects as if thedeath happened in such county.
