Escape to another county when guilty of felony.

544.110. When any person who shall have committed a felonyin one county shall escape into another, any associate circuitjudge within the county in which such offender may be found may,upon complaint in writing and upon oath being made before himcharging such person with such offense, issue his warrant for theapprehension of such offender, and the officer making the arrestshall convey the prisoner to the county in which the offense ischarged to have been committed, as prescribed in section 544.260.
