Associate circuit judge may call associate.

544.310. It shall be lawful for any associate circuit judgeto whom any complaint shall be made, or before whom any prisonershall be brought, as herein provided, to associate with himselfany other associate circuit judge of the same county, and thepowers and duties herein mentioned may be executed by such twoassociate circuit judges so associated; and if there be adifference of opinion between the two associate circuit judges onany question, the decision of the former shall prevail.
