Recognizances, how taken.

544.550. All recognizances taken in a court of record interm shall be entered of record, and all recognizances requiredor authorized to be taken in vacation in any criminal case, orproceeding of a criminal nature, shall be in writing, and signedby the parties to be bound thereby.
