544.660. Whenever two successive writs of scire facias shallhave been issued upon any forfeited recognizance or bail bond,and return shall be made on each of said writs by the sheriff ormarshal that any of the parties therein cannot be found, such tworeturns shall be deemed a sufficient service upon the person asto whom such returns were made.
