Judges and others forbidden to disclose finding of indictment.

545.090. No judge, prosecuting attorney, or other officer ofany court, shall disclose the fact of any such indictment beingfound until the defendant therein shall have been arrested orrecognized to answer the same; and any person violating thisprovision shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
