Clerk, when liable to civil action.

545.630. If any clerk of the court shall neglect or refuseto perform any duty in relation to the removal of a causeenjoined on him by the foregoing provisions, he shall forfeit andpay a sum not exceeding five hundred dollars, to be recovered bycivil action, in the name and to the use of the state.
