557.046. In all felony cases, the court shall give notice ofthe time and place of sentencing to the prosecuting attorney andthe law enforcement agency within whose jurisdiction theprosecution was initiated. The prosecuting attorney and arepresentative of the law enforcement agency may appear atsentencing and provide relevant information to the court prior tothe court's decision.
