Transfer to another court.

559.031. Jurisdiction over a probationer may be transferredfrom the court which imposed probation to a court having equaljurisdiction over offenders in any other part of the state, withthe concurrence of both courts. Retransfers of jurisdiction mayalso occur in the same manner. The court to which jurisdictionhas been transferred under this section* shall be authorized toexercise all powers permissible under this chapter over thedefendant, except that the term of probation shall not beterminated without the consent of the sentencing court.
