Notification of monitoring to highway patrol--information entered intoMULES and sexual offender registry.

559.107. 1. The department of corrections shall notify the highwaypatrol of any offender who is required as a mandatory condition of lifetimesupervision to be electronically monitored, under section 217.735, RSMo,and section 559.106, and shall notify the highway patrol when thesupervision of the offender has been terminated in appropriate cases asdetermined by a risk assessment when the offender is sixty-five years ofage or older.

2. The highway patrol shall enter the electronic monitoring of theoffender into the Missouri law enforcement system (MULES) and sexualoffender registry where it is available to members of the criminal justicesystem, and other entities as provided by law, upon inquiry.
