Bond may be required--forfeiture.

559.110. When the defendant is granted probation or paroleby the court, the court before or at the time of granting theprobation or parole, may in its discretion require thedefendant, with one or more sureties, to enter into bond to thestate of Missouri in a sum to be fixed by the court, conditionedthat he will appear in court as directed during the continuanceof the probation or parole, and not depart without leave ofcourt. The bond shall be approved by the court or by the clerkat the direction of the court and forfeiture may be taken andprosecuted to final judgment on the bond in the manner asprovided by law in cases of bonds taken for appearance ofpersons awaiting trial upon information or indictment.
