Board of probation and parole--personnel.

559.241. The board shall appoint a secretary, clericalpersonnel and probation and parole officers, who shall serve atthe pleasure of the board. It shall be the duty of thesecretary to keep a full and true record of the proceedings ofthe board. Under the direction of the board, the secretaryshall have general charge of its office, superintend itsclerical employees and perform such other duties as the boardmay prescribe.
