Revocation of a fine.

560.036. A defendant who has been sentenced to pay a finemay at any time petition the sentencing court for a revocation ofa fine or any unpaid portion thereof. If it appears to thesatisfaction of the court that the circumstances which warrantedthe imposition of the fine no longer exist or that it wouldotherwise be unjust to require payment of the fine, the court mayrevoke the fine or the unpaid portion in whole or in part or maymodify the method of payment.
