False imprisonment.

565.130. 1. A person commits the crime of falseimprisonment if he knowingly restrains another unlawfully andwithout consent so as to interfere substantially with hisliberty.

2. False imprisonment is a class A misdemeanor unless theperson unlawfully restrained is removed from this state, in whichcase it is a class D felony.
