A person commits the crime of criminal watercontamination if such person knowingly introduces any dangerousradiological, chemical or biological agent or substance into any public orprivate waters of the state or any water supply with the purpose of causingdeath or serious physical injury to another person.
2. Criminal water contamination is a class B felony.
