Commercial bribery.

570.150. 1. A person commits the crime of commercialbribery:

(1) If he solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any benefitas consideration for knowingly violating or agreeing to violate aduty of fidelity to which he is subject as:

(a) Agent or employee of another;

(b) Trustee, guardian or other fiduciary;

(c) Lawyer, physician, accountant, appraiser or otherprofessional adviser or informant;

(d) Officer, director, partner, manager or other participantin the direction of the affairs of an incorporated orunincorporated association; or

(e) Arbitrator or other purportedly disinterestedadjudicator or referee;

(2) If as a person who holds himself out to the public asbeing engaged in the business of making disinterested selection,appraisal or criticism of commodities or services, he solicits,accepts or agrees to accept any benefit to influence hisselection, appraisal or criticism;

(3) If he confers or offers or agrees to confer any benefitthe acceptance of which would be criminal under subdivisions (1)and (2) of this section.

2. Commercial bribery is a class A misdemeanor.
