571.093. If any sheriff retains records of permits to obtainconcealable firearms issued under former section 571.090, as repealed bysenate bills nos. 62 and 41 of the ninety-fourth general assembly, thensuch records shall be closed to the public. No such record shall be madeavailable for any purpose whatsoever unless its disclosure is mandated by avalid court order relating to a criminal investigation.
