573.023. 1. A person commits the crime of sexual exploitation of aminor if such person knowingly or recklessly photographs, films,videotapes, produces or otherwise creates obscene material with a minor orchild pornography.
2. Sexual exploitation of a minor is a class B felony unless theminor is a child, in which case it is a class A felony.
