Definitions.

573.500. As used in sections 573.500 to 573.507, thefollowing terms mean:

(1) "Adult cabaret", a nightclub, bar, restaurant, orsimilar establishment in which persons appear in a state ofnudity in the performance of their duties;

(2) "Nudity", the showing of either:

(a) The human male or female genitals or pubic area withless than a fully opaque covering; or

(b) The female breast with less than a fully opaquecovering on any part of the nipple.
