578.330. 1. It is unlawful to remove any baggage, cargo orother item transported upon a bus or stored in a terminal withoutthe consent of the owner of such property or the company, or itsduly authorized representative. Any person violating theprovisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a class Dfelony.
2. The actual value of an item removed in violation ofsubsection 1 shall not be material to the crime herein defined.
